Meet Mazie

Meet Mazie — our beloved Dalmatian, the heart behind The Spotted Dalmatian, and our very official Chief Cuddle Officer.

Mazie came into our lives from Spotted Jewels Dalmatians, and we’re forever grateful to Haley for bringing such a special girl into our family. Long before there was a boutique, a logo, or a business plan, there was Mazie — right in the middle of our everyday life, growing alongside our family and becoming part of so many of our favorite memories.

She’s sweet, loyal, a little silly, endlessly affectionate, and somehow always knows when someone needs her close by. She’s the kind of dog who isn’t just a pet — she’s family in every sense of the word.

When The Spotted Dalmatian began taking shape, using Mazie as the inspiration felt completely natural. Her spots inspired the name, but it was really her personality — playful, loving, memorable, and full of charm — that helped shape the heart of the brand.

You’ll see little pieces of Mazie throughout everything we do, from our logo and packaging to our signature Dalmatian print and playful details. She represents so much of what I want this boutique to feel like: warm, joyful, a little whimsical, and rooted in the moments that make family life special.

Her official duties include supervising deliveries, inspecting boxes, keeping everyone company during late-night work sessions, requesting snacks at very important intervals, and making sure there is always time for a cuddle.

The Spotted Dalmatian may be my business, but Mazie will always be its heart.

And around here, we’re pretty sure she knows it. 🐾🎀
